Goodbye So Long

Warm up:
50 High Knees
40 Jumping Jacks
30 Roundhouse Kicks
20 Side to Side Shuffles
10 Walk the Wall Handstands
Run 2x around the front

Then onto the actual workout~

2 minutes of the following 5 exercises
AS MANY REPS AS YOU CAN DO

CTF BURPEES
BROAD JUMPS
NO HELP SIT-UPS
BUTT TO CONE AIR SQUATS
VERTICAL JUMPS (TOUCH THE STICK)

Recording all your repetitions.
There will be a *goal* to meet after all 5 are completed.
And then you’ll go through them 1 more time.
