WOD {4-1-2013} Ain’t An April Fool’s Joke

This WOD was a collection of three mini-WOD’s

Part I: Odds + Even (12 minutes)

Odd minute (1,3,5,7,9,11) = KB Swings {had to get at least 30 reps}
Even minute (2,4,6,8,10,12) = CTF Push-Ups {had to get at least 20 reps}

Anytime you didn’t reach it – you had to do 5 Burpees as penalty.

Part II: Round & Round We Go (10 minutes)

25m Sprint
16 DB Thrusters
25m Sprint
16 Reverse Lunges
25m Sprint
16 Tire Step Ups

Get as many rounds in as possible
SD – 4 rounds
GL – 3 rounds + 8 Thrusters
FA – 3 rounds
CS – 3 rounds + 14 Lunges

Part III:

4 minutes – Sit Ups
4 minutes – Jack Knives

A card was pulled at the top of every minute, the suit determined your exercise–

Club – 6 CTF Burpees
Heart – 6 Sit Outs
Diamond – 6 Tuck Jumps
Spade – 6 Squat Jumps
