Repetition Workout

As always, warm up before you engage in any activity.

And make sure to consult your physician if you have any health concerns before exercising.

 

Equipment needed: Dumbbells (5lbs or higher depending upon your levels), Jump Rope, Stopwatch

Title: Truth or Dare

Truth: A set number of repetitions that you must reach before you move onto “Dare”

Dare: Set the timer at 2 minutes  & you do AS MANY REPETITIONS AS POSSIBLE (AMRAP) in that time.

*Track your repetition count during these if you want to attempt to do better next time

 

Truth: 50 Jumping Jacks

Dare: AMRAP Burpees for 2 minutes

Truth: 50 Dumbbell Thrusters

Dare: AMRAP Jump Rope for 2 minutes

Truth: 50 Sit Ups

Dare: AMRAP Tuck Jumps for 2 minutes

Truth: 50 Squats (holding dumbbells)

Dare: AMRAP Burpees for 2 minutes

Truth: 50 Push Ups

Dare: AMRAP Jump Rope for 2 minutes

Truth: 50 Bicep Curls into Shoulder Press

Dare: AMRAP Tuck Jumps for 2 minutes
