As always, warm up before you engage in any activity.

Equipment needed: Mat, Timer

Title: Death By Plank

Set your timer at 15 minutes. Your task is to hold yourself in the plank position as long as you can. Whenever you drop down out of the proper plank formation, you mustĀ stand up and completeĀ 10 Burpees, then return back to the plank position. Continue this for 15 minutes.
