Repetition Workout

Continuing on with our Tues/Thursday Repetition Workout series – make sure to comment on the post if you complete it & let us know how you did! I would love to get a little Challenge going on in December via internet- so everyone can really ‘up’ their intensity! Good luck!

As always, warm up before you engage in any activity.

Equipment needed: Stopwatch [use your phone if you need]

 

Title: Death by Workout

 

10 rounds of the following “for time” :

10 Burpees with a Push-Up

10 Air Squats

10 Starbursts [similar to a jumping jack¬†/ feet come off the ground so your body forms a “X” in the air]

10 Alternating Jump Lunges [10 per leg]

10 Sit-Ups
