A whole lot of tire flipping going on! This big guy has been with us since day 1 (9 years now). And we love utilizing him with flips, step-ups, push backs, sledgehammers & beyond. ??????

One of our popular classes is called Whipped! and it’s a high intensity style bootcamp session. We offer this class on Tuesday nights at 6:30pm and Saturday mornings at 8:30am. The burns in these classes exceed 500 calories! ??

We had a packed house for our Mobility + Mimosa event! Over 35 ladies came in to flow, loosen up & stretch and then we had mimosas and snacks available afterwards. It was a great way to start a Sunday AM. We are doing it again on April 29th. $10 drop-in. 10-11:30am. #mobility #mimosas #ironfit #ironfitperformance

One Month Accelerated Program

We are already on day 11 within our Good Vibes and Tan Lines 2018 Challenge. However, we have gotten a few requests for people who missed the sign-up deadline to open it back up. We played around with some ideas & figured it out – we will be opening sign-ups again for only 10 days. April 13 until April 23 — you have the opportunity to sign up for our ONE MONTH ACCELERATED PROGRAM. You’ll enter into the challenge, receive your macronutrient split & specific fitness programming, and you’ll jump in just like the rest of the crew. We have to close the sign-ups on April 23 because we want to mail you the welcome package and have time to put together your program so you can start immediately.
