About Iron Fit

Iron Fit Performance was created in 2009 with a rebranding in 2016. Our new A/C’d facility caters to group fitness classes, personal training sessions, and those who want to come in and lift weights on their own (with guidance from a trainer). We offer over 15 classes each week that include Iron Fit Boot Camp, Weight-Focused Classes, and plenty of OPEN gym time to come in and knock out the workout of the day or tackle some weight training. With classes as early as 5am on some mornings and ending at 8pm on some evenings & opportunities for classes on Saturday and Sundays, you have a significant amount of options. Our 2400-square foot facility has the following equipment: weight lifting racks, cable crossover machine, lat pull down machine, hip thruster set-up, airdynes, Concept2 rowers, prowlers, sleds, 50-ft long x 12 ft wide college sport approved turf for various drills. Plenty of barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells for exercises. We track your progressions through measurements & photos, and help to guide you to finding the perfect routine for your goals and scheduling.
Meet the Owner:
trainerRebekah is a 32-year old creative spirit. She resides in Saint Petersburg, Fl – with her husband Danny  & their three fur children. Her hobbies {besides fitness activities} include: traveling, golfing, sewing & reading.
She lives a gluten-free lifestyle due to Celiac Disease and is not the best at cooking {however, her skills on the sewing machine definitely make up for what she lacks in the kitchen}. She enjoys triathlons, lifting heavy weights and yoga. She published a children’s book at the age of 11 and hopes to publish a few others throughout her lifetime.
Through her love of fitness –  she created Iron Fit Performance after graduating college to help women reach their goals. Instead of yo-yo dieting through quick fixes – she tries to teach the importance of a lifestyle overhaul. Iron Fit Performance has been open since 2009 and has evolved into a true fitness community. In 2015, Rebekah returned back to college to pursue Kinesiology and Exercise Science geared towards strength and conditioning and corrective exercises. Beyond her college education, Rebekah has many certifications under her belt and does not plan on stopping anytime soon.
